3. Character Certificate from the school last attended.
4. Photocopy of the scholastic achievement records from the school last attended confirming.
5. Successful completion of the preceding class.
6. Completed Medical Record from an authorized Medical Practitioner.
7. Three Passport sized Photographs.
8. Any other information Parents consider necessary for the school to know.
9. Additional Documents for Overseas Students like- A valid passport & student visa - Regular or Provisional.
10. One Passport sized Photograph of Each Parent.
